Short Film Making Competition on “SAUBHAGYA” Scheme {Start And Last Date}

The Government on India has launched a new scheme termed as SAUBHAGYA Scheme. The new visionary scheme is a type of dream scheme launched under Pradhan Mantri Har Ghar Sahaj Bijli Yojana. The government of our country with the launch of the new scheme aims at providing electrification within each house hold in the country. The scheme is focused on the needs and requirements of electricity in most remote places within the country.

Implementation Details

  • The new scheme launched was the vision and dream of the Indian Government that it has targeted to fulfill by March 2019. Under the implementation of the scheme the government has already made its Moto of Last Mile connectivity very clear to the citizens.

Key Features about the competition

  • To help create awareness amongst the people of the nation the government of India under supervision and regulations of REC (Rural Electrification Corporation) will be organizing a contest for short film making.
  • The REC is a company that is regulated under the Ministry of Power and will help in completely organizing the film making contest for awareness program for the people.
  • According to the updates collected by the officials and organizers the company and Ministry will try and involve common man to help make his judgment as Ambassadors of the short film making contest.
  • The duration of each of the short film should not exceed 3 minutes in length. The candidates can also directly upload their short film on the official web portal Applicants are also free to share their videos on their Drives and other virtual drop box.
  • The government has provided an opportunity to the applicants to share the links of the videos on the forms as well.
  • Applicants can also collect the details of the competition form the official web portal by logging in.

Important Dates (Start and Last Date)

  • The competition for film making will be organized as awareness program, so the government has also provided with important due dates for submission of forms for participants.
  • The participants are expected to fill in and submit their forms starting from 10th January 2018. The due date for submission of the form for participants is latest by 31st January 2018.

  • According to the updates stated, the short films created should be focused on Importance of Electrification for the country. It can reflect short stories that have been created for showing the impact electrification has on the life of the women for empowerment.
  • The creators can also try and make short film on impacts the process of electrification on the new growing entrepreneurs in our country. They can related the topics to impacts and importance of the electrification in health care technologies and improvements.
  • The producers can also telecast a short story reflecting the impact made by the electrification on our lives and its effect on our education system and our agricultural system.
